Work on new orders begins on the business day after payment is received and verified (credit cards, checks, etc.) Orders are shipped, via UPS, FedEX, or USPS, on or before the 16th business day after payment is received and verified. Most of our orders are actually finished and shipped early. Quality should not be compromised by rushing our artisans. For your own sake please plan ahead and give us time to do it right.

This is actually very fast for made to order hand crafted jewelry. We carry NO inventory (stock), everything is hand made to order for one order and one piece at a time.

For security reasons we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We ship only to verifiable physical home or business addresses where a responsible person will be available to accept and sign a receipt for the shipment. Signatures are ALWAYS REQUIRED for all shipments, no exceptions.

Shipping for domestic orders is FREE. Delivery times may be longer during major holidays, and when shipped to remote destinations. Faster deliveries are available (for finished orders) upon special request and at additional charges. Contact us for details:

When fastest shipping is required we will ship FedEx or UPS Overnight at an additional charge. The exact charge depends on the physical delivery address. Please remember that EVERYTHING we make is made to order and may take up to 16 work days for us to build and ship to you. We cannot, will not, sacrifice the quality of our work in order to speed up delivery, but once an order is completed and worthy of our hallmark (MCR) we can then ship by the fastest means available. We may need as many as 16 work days to complete your order and ship it to you. If you are in a special hurry you can pre-authorize us to add "Rush Shipping" to your order and we will add the additional cost to your order.

Foreign orders are also shipped as described above. Shipping costs vary with the country of destination and are calculated manually.

$50.00 (USD) is the minimum shipping charge to all countries outside the USA.

Shipping to your specific location will be based on our actual shipping expense. We will notify you in advance for your approval if charges will exceed the minimum.

Credit cards are not accepted in payment for orders that are to be shipped to foreign countries. This is because we are unable to verify the validity of foreign credit cards or the addresses of their holders.

Orders from outside of the USA will be made and shipped only after payment has cleared our bank in the USA.

Foreign payments may be paid by Western Union, International Money Orders, or American Express Travelers checks, denominated only in US dollars. Foreign payments may also be sent by Bank Wire. Bank Wire is very fast and is totally reliable. Internet jewelers are a prime target for fraudulent overseas orders. Payment for all foreign orders must be received, confirmed and validated before work begins. Our preferred payment method is Bank Wire. It is VERY fast and totally reliable, it allows us to begin work on the day after it is received and confirmed by our bank.

The information required to wire funds to us will be sent upon request once you have placed an order.

Simply ask for the Bank wire details using the "Special Instructions/Comments" section of our online shopping cart during the checkout process, or send requesting this information.

Important Note: We always ship in accordance with the rules and regulations of the various carriers that we use and always abide by the customs and importation laws of the countries to which we ship. Foreign customers must accept responsibility for paying any required Tariffs or import duty fees mandated by the governments in their home countries. Please don't ask us to violate any laws or regulations; we are fully law abiding, anything less is simply stupid.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept and fulfill any orders that we consider questionable in terms of potential fraud. We are very security conscious.
